When Does My Order Ship?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an emailed receipt. Orders placed before 2 PM will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship within 24 business hours. A tracking number will be provided after your order has shipped.
How Soon Will I Receive My Order?
All domestic orders are shipped via our logistics partners, with an average transit time of 2-5 business days from departure from our warehouse. International orders typically take 5-12 business days.

As long as you have a valid postal code, we can ship your order to you!
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please forward a copy of your emailed order receipt to Adwm1@Andyled.com and provide your preferred address.
